After graduating from VIT, Vellore in 2013, Dr. Mitra went on to do his Masters' in Food Safety and risk analysis at University College Dublin, Ireland. With a Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology, he has worked with numerous organizations and is now a senior extrusion leader in the alternative and plant-based proteins category at Nestle, Germany.
